Cost pool
A cost pool is a shared capacity total for a period, such as a private GPU pool, that Meridian splits across the endpoints that used it.
Capacity that was paid for and not used is idle. Idle is not unattributed spend. Unattributed spend has no agent. Idle capacity has a pool and no use.
