What you set up

1. Connect OpenRouter with the connector guide.
2. Use Sync now on Integrations when you want a pull. Automatic scheduled sync is off unless Onaro turns it on.
3. Create departments and agents you will assign to, under Governance and Agents & allocation.

OpenRouter's activity is combined across keys. There is no per-key bucket to map on Source identities. A separate key per agent does not split this pull.

What Meridian receives

One charge per completed UTC day and model. Endpoint rows for the same model and day are added together. The current day is not written, because the activity API reports completed days only. Days older than 30 completed UTC days are not available from this API.

The activity API is the source. (OpenRouter activity) Keys are combined in what Meridian stores.

How it's attributed

Rows arrive unattributed. A rule can match the vendor or the model. A person can assign the inbox rows. There is no workspace, project, or key on the row to map.

If the same provider is also reached through a gateway or OASA events, those rows are a different source. This pull does not inherit their agent. When both exist for the same vendor, model, and day, reconciliation scales the event rows that have no pool id to the bill so the dollars are not counted twice. A pool id stays at the measured amount. OpenRouter's model name and the event's model name have to match for that.

What lands unattributed, and how to fix it

Every day-and-model total lands unattributed. The Reason column has no key sentence, because keys were combined before the row was stored.

Assign the rows, or add a rule and choose Apply rules now. That covers unlocked dates. A locked month changes only as an adjustment on a later draft.

To separate agents, send each agent through a gateway key or an OASA event that names the agent, and treat this pull as the bill you tie out to. This activity pull cannot split the agents.

Limits

• No per-key and no per-endpoint row. Endpoints for one model are summed.
• No row for today, and nothing older than 30 completed UTC days from this API.
• Scheduled sync does not run unless Onaro enables it. Sync now still pulls.
• A provider you reach through OpenRouter shows up here, not as that provider's own connector, when OpenRouter is the connection that was synced.
