Short answer. Open Setup and finish the steps Meridian has not seen working. Connect each provider on Integrations, then invite people from Team and add their department before spend should land there. Leave Allow everyone in our tenant off unless an owner turns it on. Teams access is optional and is not Meridian sign-in.

Setup and sources

Settings opens Setup. Status comes from what Meridian has observed. Connect a provider, gateway, or billing export on Integrations. The page title is Integrations. A source card uses Connect, then Manage and Sync now once it is connected.

People and departments

Team is in the top nav. The Governance card for the same page is Team Management, and the line under it is "Invite members and assign roles." Send the invitation from Invite colleagues.

Departments is the Governance card "Cost allocation by team." Add the department before that team's spend should land on it.

Inviting is How to invite a colleague. The first-week narrative is A new team starts using AI.

Teams, separately

Settings → Microsoft Teams & Copilot says "Optional. Only needed to use Meridian in Teams or Copilot. Meridian sign-in is unchanged." Allow everyone in our tenant stays off until an owner turns it on. The help text says "When on, people in this Microsoft tenant can use the Teams agent as members."
