Short answer. Open Dashboard and read unattributed spend separately from the Nobody used it card. Assign open rows on Agents & allocation, or add a rule that matches vendor or model. Price idle capacity on Rate cards before you treat it as someone's spend. Read Meridian Insights for a jump in spend, and stop a runaway provider key outside Meridian.
The inbox
Dashboard shows "N% of spend still open" and Unattributed — open inbox →. That spend has no agent. On Agents & allocation, the Unattributed tab is the inbox. Assign the rows, or add a rule and choose Apply rules now. A rule matches vendor or model. It does not replace an agent the source already named.
The longer version is Unattributed spend is growing.
Idle capacity
The "Nobody used it" card is paid private-inference capacity that sat unused. It is not part of the unattributed figure. Price it on Rate cards, and read the pool period, before you charge it to a department.
A jump
Open Analytics & Insights and the Meridian Insights tab. A jump shows up as a finding, a spending alert, or an anomaly. Meridian does not turn off the provider key. Stop that credential at the provider or the gateway, then keep the dashboard row and the Insights alert as the record.
That case is A runaway agent. How to read the tab is How to read Meridian Insights.
